Architectural Digest Spotlights The Broadway House

Known for its eye-catching modern hotels and model units, from the bustling streets of New York City to the sandy beaches of Florida, ASH NYC, an AD100 firm, is heading out West with the opening of a new staging office in Los Angeles. The move marks a continued growth spurt for ASH Staging. The company’s 25-person team completed 150 projects in 2018 and 100 the year before that. The new location is the third staging office to open for the Brooklyn-based firm, after its second debuted, in the Hamptons.

The Broadway House, located at 665 Broadway Street in Venice, is a remodeled bungalow that’s been brought into the modern era with large glass panes, sleek angles, and a central courtyard for indoor/outdoor access. The four-bedroom house features a formal living room, a family room, and a garage that ASH has transformed into a game room. The home is listed at $4,985,000 through Justin Alexander and Mick Partridge of Hilton & Hyland. It was built by developer John Scherrer of Make it Nice LLC, and designed by architect Noah Walker.
